Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your local carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
